We have expertise in working with athletes recovering from stress fracture and individuals experiencing bone loss. Whether you have a formal diagnosis of stress fracture or osteopenia/osteoporosis, or are just concerned about your long-term bone health, adding in supervised and progressive resistance training has been proven to improve bone strength and physical function while reducing fall and fracture risk. Together, we will work to help you feel confident and strong in your body in a safe way.
