Our Philosophy

To us, the most important part of the physical therapy process is getting to know YOU. What drives you, what worries you, what barriers you might face and what goals you have for yourself. Every person we work with is different and we want to ensure we are meeting your specific needs.

Next, we believe that detailed objective testing is critical. Whether through movement analysis, strength and power testing, and/or sport-specific skills, this assessment helps us build out your treatment plan (and will help show us your progress down the road). Without assessing, we’re just guessing!

We also can’t underestimate the importance of 1-1 care. When you work with us, you get our full support, attention and focus. We’ll ensure you are making progress towards your goals…and we promise we’ll have some fun along the way!
