As a group of highly trained physical therapists and coaches, we offer a unique lens when it comes to optimizing your performance. Yes, we want you to feel faster, stronger and more mobile but will do so while also ensuring we account for your past injuries or muscular imbalances as well as your sport-specific needs. From high school athletes returning to sport after injury to older adults looking to keep up with their grandkids, we’re all in on helping you discover how capable your body truly is.

50-minute 1-1 training sessions
Sessions can either be virtual or in-person at Rx Strength Training
Group training… get stronger, together.
Many of our clients want to continue making strength gains after completing their physical therapy and this is where group training can come in. Small groups of 2-3 similar individuals will work together towards optimal performance. Group training can provide an extra little bit of accountability and support that will help take you to the next level.
